REVIEW: Fallen Idol - The Silver Lines

This summery single from The Silver Lines feels lazy, but upbeat in all the right ways, I can imagine it fading into a montage scene in a movie, or coming over the speakers in a pub on a chill Sunday afternoon.
I'm not sure whether to want to boogie in my seat, or grab my drink and sit back with a pair of sunnies on and nod my head. It smells like indie pop, which normally would put me off as I find bands that fall into that category seem to fall into the same old cliche traps, but The Silver Lines absolutely deliver a bop here, making us want to dive head-first into the rest of their catalogue.
